Coaching
Our coaching services are designed to help bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance. Our programs are designed with you in mind incorporating progressive overload principles and being mindful of healthy strengthening strategies we will build strength and endurance over the course of your coaching program.
Coaching programs include Running Technique, The Pregnant Athlete, The Postpartum Athlete & one on one coaching for specific needs. Our coaching clients will receive video analysis, personalized programming including strengthing, drills and exercises, address imbalances to reduce risk of injury, and achieve goals.
